We are pleased to introduce our new product brand ProDry, formerly known as Provesta Specialty Powders, to the European market. The ProDry products are made of dry powders which are made from products found in today’s home kitchen such as honey, molasses, vinegars, mustards, various sauces and purees. The full product line encompasses sweeteners, vinegar powders, fruit powders, condiments, sauces, trans free high fat powder, nutritional bases and cheese powders.
Ohlys’ ProDry products are unique dry flavourings retaining the volatile flavour components of our original form. The dry powders deliver the same flavour, colour, and functional benefits as the liquid ingredient, but because of the dry, free flowing form, the dry ingredient can be used in dry technology applications.
The decades of history in drying ingredients in our Boyceville plant in Wisconsin, US, enables us to offer first class technical support on these products.
