These products, grown on food grade substrates, are characterised by a clean and mild flavour as well as a high nutritional value. The Provesta® products are especially designed to serve as carrier for flavours and seasoning blends as well as meat substitute in vegetarian applications. Additional benefit may be achieved by the commonly known water binding properties of Torula yeast.
