Provesta® 347 eptides, amino acids, and other important flavour constituents. Provesta® 347 is a yeast-based flavour ingredient which is stable in retort, frozen and microwave applications. Provesta® 347 is processed using only natural ingredients.
Applications
Low fat systems, meat and poultry products, soups, gravies, sauces,
snack products and seasoning mixes. Usage levels for meat applications
range from 0.1% to 3.0% on an as consumed basis. In poultry products

Benefits
Provesta® 347 provides a sweet roasted beef flavour,
amplifies spice, seasoning and vegetable flavours, increases salt
perception and imparts a rounded MSG-like mouthfeel. In poultry
applications it provides a mild roasted note. In low fat systems it
also increases the overall flavour, and improves the umami attribute
without using HVP or MSG.
347 can be used to provide a mild roasted note by decreasing the usage level to 0.1% to 0.35%.
