Ohly® MEEX 38 is a unique product regarding its overall flavour profile. Further ingredients besides yeast extract are used in order to achieve the flavour and the mouthfeeling of a typical meat extract.
Applications
Soups, sauces, gravies and ready-to-serve dishes. Widely recommended for meat products and meat emulsions in general. The usage levels range from 0,5 to 1,0 % up to 20,0 % in premixes.

Ohly® MEEX 38 is a yeast extract based product with no animal derived ingredients. It can be used to replace meat extract at a 1:1 ratio. The basic flavour profile is close to a typical meat extract with good overall flavour improving properties.
