Bakon® Yeast SFBN

Bakon® Yeast SFBN is a high quality primary grown inactive Torula yeast with a natural hickory smoked characteristic. Bakon® Yeast SFBN contributes a mild hickory smoked flavour and overall flavour enhancement in many food systems.

Applications

Meats, meat emulsions, sausage, pork applications, soups, stews, snack foods, dry seasoning mixes, vegetarian systems, and instant applications. Usage levels range from 2% to 10% on an as consumed basis.
