Ohly® STRT is a special yeast extract which provides a smoky cured flavour and increases the overall impact of savoury products. It is especially designed as an ingredient in snack seasoning blends.
Applications
Soups, sauces, gravies and ready-to-serve dishes. The usage levels range from 0,1 to 0,5 %.
Seasoning blends and premixes up to 20,0 %.
