Provesta® 306 is a non-hydrolyzed yeast based flavour
ingredient which provides a hickory smoke flavour. Rich in natural
flavour peptides, amino acids and other flavour constituents it is a
non-hygroscopic powder which forms a suspension in water and oil based
formulations.
Applications
Snacks, gravies, sauces, meat and vegetable patties, marinades, rubs
and seasoning mixes. Usage levels range from 0.5% to 2.0% on an as
consumed product basis.
