Provesta® 341 is a yeast based flavour ingredient which has
a ham type flavour. This product is a free flowing powder which forms a
suspension in water and oil based formulations.
Applications
Vegetarian split pea and bean soups, sauces, gravies, marinades, meat
snacks, omelets, vegetarian patties and dips. Provides a unique cured
note when used in poultry and beef systems. Usage levels range from
1.0% to 2.0% on an as consumed basis.
