Provesta® 342 is a tan, partially water soluble powder that
is prepared using reaction technology to produce a pleasant and mild
ham base flavour and flavour enhancement.
Applications
Usage levels range from 0.3% to 3.0% on an as consumed basis.
Marinades, rubs, snacks and seasonings, sauces, gravies and dressings,
soups and cheeses. Provesta® 342 contains no animal derived ingredients and therefore is suitable for use in vegetarian products.
