Provesta® 354 is a yeast extract based flavour which
provides a roasted pork impression. This free flowing, slightly
granular product is soluble in water and will form a suspension in oil.
Applications
Marinades and rubs, snack and vegetable seasonings, sauce and gravy
mixes, clear broths and soups. Usage levels range from 0.5 - 3.0% as
consumed. Provesta® 354 does not contain animal flesh, dairy products or eggs and is therefore suitable for vegetarian products.
