Provesta® Boost 38 is an extract produced from Torula yeast which provides a distinct savoury flavour. Provesta® Boost 38 works especially well with earthy, musty, mushroom flavour profiles. This free-flowing, granular powder is easily incorporated into both dry and fluid systems.
Applications: Usage levels range from 0.2% to 0.50% on an as consumed basis. Excellent performance in applications containing mushrooms such as soup, sauces, gravies and mushroom based meat replacers.
