Ohly® NAT 38 combines the synergistic properties of yeast extract and monosodium glutamate and provides a distinct stock note . Ohly® NAT 38 is a free flowing, water soluble powder.
Applications
Soups, sauce, seasoning compounds, dry mixes and frozen applications. Usage levels range from 0.1% to 0.5% on an “as consumed” product basis. Dry seasoning and instant stocks may contain up to 15% Ohly® NAT 38.
