Ohly® NATA 38 is a yeast extract with a distinct stock note. The product is manufactured using only natural ingredients. Ohly® NATA 38 is a free flowing, water soluble powder.
Applications
Soups, sauces, seasoning compounds, dry mixes and frozen applications. Usage levels range from 0.1% to 0.5% on an as consumed product basis. Dry seasoning and instant stocks may contain up to 15% Ohly® NATA 38.
