Ohly® FLAV-R-MILD 38 is a standard type of yeast extract with 38 % salt. It is free-flowing and of fine granular structure and light yellow to brownish-yellow appearance and has a strong typical taste.
Applications
Soups, sauces, gravies, ready to serve dishes, premixes as well as ketchup and gourmet sauces. Usage levels range from 0,2 to 1,0 % on an as consumed basis up to 15 % in seasoning compounds.
