Ohly® FLAV-R-MAX

Ohly® FLAV-R-MAX is designed to be a very effective flavour enhancer for a wide range of food applications. This product contains a high natural 5´-GMP and 5´-IMP level. Nucleotides are extracted from specifically primary grown bakers´ yeast by a carefully controlled enzymatic process. The presence of further free amino acids derived from the yeast leads to additional synergistic effects.

Applications

Very effective taste enhancer applicable for the entire flavouring area. Usage levels start at 0,01 % on an as consumed basis.

Benefits

Ohly® FLAV-R-MAX is characterised by very good umami properties. Tasteless by its own, it is able to amplify existing flavour notes of savoury food systems. Besides this it is designed to balance and mask undesired notes in different food systems. It heightens salt perception without adding salt to a food system.
