Provesta® 349 has a roasted poultry flavour and is rich in
natural flavour peptides, amino acids and other important flavour
constituents. Provesta® 349 is a yeast based flavour ingredient.
Applications
Chicken, turkey and other poultry meat products. Marinades, rubs,
soups, gravies, snack products and seasoning mixes. Usage levels range
from 0.5% to 2.0% on an as consumed product basis.
