roasted notes and meat impressions. In addition they provide the
flavour enhancing properties described in the savoury product category.
Ohly® BFT
adds a roasted meat flavour and contributes an umami effect. Works well
with poultry, pork or beef. Reminiscent of Au Jus. A yeast extract
powder.
Ohly® KTD is low in sodium and has a robust, brown and roasted character. A yeast extract powder.
Ohly® KTDD is darker in colour and flavour character than Ohly® KTD. Also low in sodium, it has a robust, roasted character. Both Ohly® KTD and Ohly®
KTDD have the brown, roasted, scorched and bitter notes characteristic
of bittersweet chocolate, dark roasted coffees and flame seared meat.
Equally at home in vegetables, meat marinades or beverages. A yeast
extract powder.
Provesta® 325 imparts a rich, roasted meat background flavour note to food formulations. Works well with poultry, pork or beef.
