enhancement typical of autolysed yeast. Contains ammonium chloride.
Provesta® 029 combines potassium chloride and autolysed yeast to provide a salt impression much less bitter than potassium chloride alone.
Ohly® FLAV-R-MAX
is a yeast extract with a high natural 5´-nucleotide content. It
improves umami taste and brings up the overall flavour. These
properties help to increase palatability of salt-reduced foods.
