This product combines the excellent flavour enhancement of a yeast extract with vegetable notes to provide a vegetable character to food systems.
Ohly® VEGTA contributes a vegetable character to food systems. The primary overtones are of boiled onion with a background of mixed vegetables. Built upon yeast extract this product provides an increase in overall flavour impact and umami effect.
