Ohly® WET is a special yeast extract designed as a suitable alternative to a classical hydrolysed vegetable protein. A similar flavour profile to a dark HVP is achieved. The unique flavour properties offer additional application opportunities. This free-flowing, slightly granular water soluble powder is of a typical brown colour.
Applications:
Soups, sauces, gravies as well as bouillon cubes and granulated broths. The usage levels range from 0,1 % to 0,6 % up to 20,0 % in premixes.
