Beef Flavour Ingredients

This product category provides distinct beef notes as well as amplify already existing beefy and meaty notes.

Provesta® 305 imparts a savoury beef broth flavour and increases the overall flavour impact of the system.

Provesta® 345 provides dark roasted notes along with mild meaty notes.

Provesta® 347 provides a roasted beef flavour typical of that found in the pan drippings of pot roast. In addition to providing a real meat flavour this product increases the overall flavour of the system and provides an umami effect. At low levels, this product is used to provide roasted notes to poultry, pork, beef and vegetable systems.

Ohly® BOV M imparts dark meaty notes to a variety of food systems. In terms of flavour profile it is designed as an alternative to a typical brewers´ yeast extract. Ohly® BOV M is ideal to use as a basic ingredient for process flavourings and to optimise the taste of dark soups and sauces.

Ohly® KMXT is a low salt yeast extract with a strong, pleasant meat character. This makes the yeast extract particularly suitable for meat products. Ohly® KMXT refines especially the taste of low-sodium seasoning compounds, soups, sauces and ready-to-serve dishes.

Ohly® MEEX 38 provides a distinct meat flavour. It is designed to function as a direct meat replacer. It helps to balance spice flavour notes and increases the umami effect of meat emulsions and coatings. It is an ideal ingredient for dark soups and sauces.

Ohly® MXV is characterised by a pleasant and intensive meat flavour. Composition allows applications similar to meat extract. Ohly® MXV improves the taste of meat products in general and optimises the taste of dark soups and sauces.
