Ohly standard yeast extracts from primary grown baker’s yeast provide the primary nutrients for industrial fermentations as well as for biomass production of yeast and starter cultures.
Ohly® KAT is a low salt yeast autolysate with a high content of free amino acids. The product is dried. It is free-flowing and of fine, slightly granular structure and light yellow to brownish-yellow appearance.
This product is also available in liquid form, called Ohly® KAF, and in viscous form, Ohly® KAV.
