Ohly® BOV M is a special type of yeast extract with a taste similar to brewer´s yeast. The product is based on primary grown yeast. It is of semiliquid to highly viscous consistence and medium brown appearance.
Applications
Soups, sauces and gravies. Basic ingredient for premixes. Recommended for cheese applications. The usage levels range from 0,2 to 1,0 % up to 20,0 % in premixes.
