Ohly® M1T is ideal to improve the taste of meat products in general. It imparts a slight meat taste combined with good flavour enhancing properties. Ohly® M1T is especially designed for usage in seasoning blends and premixes.
Applications
Soups, gravies, sauces and ready-to serve dishes. Widely recommended for meat emulsions, seasoning blends and bouillon cubes. The usage levels range from 0,1 to 0,5 % up to 15,0 % in seasoning blends.
