Ohly® BOV P05

Ohly® BOV P05 is a special type of yeast extract with a distinct meaty note. It is of soft to highly viscous consistency.

Applications

Soups, sauces, gravies. Bouillon cubes as well as liquid seasonings. The usage levels range from 0,2 to 0,6 % up to 20,0 % in premixes.
