Ohly® FLAV-R-TIDE RT

Ohly® FLAV-R-TIDE RT is a unique new product type derived from bakers´ yeast. It is not comparable to other products as it contains a high content of yeast peptides. In addition to this Ohly® FLAV-R-TIDE RT has a natural 5´- nucleotide content. This composition helps to create new flavour impressions besides classical yeast extracts.

Applications

Soups, sauces, ready-to-serve dishes, flavours and seasoning compounds. Usage levels range from 0,1 % to 1,0 % on an as consumed basis up to 10 % in seasoning blends.
