ProDry IP Classic Yellow Mustard Powder is made from a prepared yellow mustard and converted to a free flowing powder that yields a high quality, natural mustard flavour. It can be used in a variety of products where a quality yellow mustard flavour is desired without the inconvenience associated with liquid mustards. This product uses all identity preserved ingredients or non GM ingredients.
Applications
Topical applications, coatings, entries, meat dishes, frozen food applications, sauces, seasonings, dry mixes, etc. To reconstitute to the approximate strength of Classic Yellow Mustard, blend 1 part of Mustard to 2 parts water (by weight). Thirty-six grams of powder will replace 100 grams of liquid mustard.
