ProDry IP Salad Mustard Powder is a free flowing product made from salad mustard and identity preserved maltodextrin and starch. It provides maximum flavour, colour, and aroma to a variety of food products without the mess, waste, and handling problems associated with liquid mustard.
Applications
Topical applications, coatings, entree’s, meat dishes, frozen food applications, sauces, seasonings, dry mixes, etc. To reconstitute to the approximate strength of Salad Mustard blend 1 part to 3 parts water (by weight).
