ProDry HI Honey Powder S is made from pure honey, which has been converted to a free flowing powdered product. It provides a rich honey flavour without the inconvenience of liquid honey.
Applications
Bakery mixes, toppings, coatings, glazes, health foods, seasonings, dry mixes, sauces, etc. May be used as a 1 to 1 replacement for liquid honey. When reconstituting, add lb of water per pound ofProDry HI Honey Powder S used.
