Ohly® VEGTA

Ohly® VEGTA is a special type of yeast extract with a vegetable character. It is free-flowing and of fine, slightly granular structure and light yellow to brownish-yellow appearance.

Applications

Sausage meat emulsions, meat applications, soups, stews, and instant applications. Usage levels range from 0.1% to 0.5% on an “as consumed” basis.
