ProDry Vinegar Powder is a convenient dry form of rice vinegar. All ProDry Vinegar is produced from saccharified rice stock which has been converted to vinegar through the use of modern fermentation methods. These methods ensure that a consistent, high quality vinegar is produced. ProDry Vinegar is then dried on an IP maltodextrin carrier so that the unique flavour and aroma are preserved.
