Provesta® 512 is a high quality primary grown Torula yeast extract with a high natural 5’ – nucleotide content (IMP plus GMP). Provesta®
512 is free flowing, water soluble powder which amplifies flavours and
provides an umami effect and typically contains less than 2% sodium.
This yeast extract powder is manufactured using only natural
ingredients in a carefully controlled autolytic process.
Applications
Usage levels range from 0.10% to 1.00% as consumed.
