Ohly® CHTA is a special type of yeast extract with a chicken taste. It is free-flowing and of fine structure and light yellow to brownish-yellow appearance.
Applications
Chicken and poultry dishes. Chicken bouillon cubes, bread crumbs and seasoning compounds. Usage level ranges from 0,1 to 0,8 % on an as consumed basis up to 30,0 % in seasoning compounds.
