Autolysed Yeast

The products of this category are all based on torula yeast. Autolysed yeast products offer specific function and flavour properties which can not be achieved with other yeast based ingredients. They are widely used in pork and poultry applications as well as ingredient for seasoning blends.

Provesta® 027 is a unique, low sodium yeast autolysate designed to increase the overall flavour of poultry, pork and other meat based food formulations with a mild flavour profile. An autolysed yeast.

Provesta® 030 is a low sodium autolysed yeast which increases the overall flavour and bind value of emulsified meat products. An oil coating has been added to prevent dusting.

Provesta® 032 is a low sodium autolysed yeast which increases the overall flavour and bind value of emulsified meat products.

Provesta® 033 is designed to increase the overall flavour and bind value of emulsified meat products without altering the existing spice profile. Has a typical final pH of 8.5. An autolysed yeast.
