is a unique, low sodium yeast autolysate designed to increase the
overall flavour of poultry, pork and other meat based food formulations
with a mild flavour profile. An autolysed yeast.
Provesta® 030
is a low sodium autolysed yeast which increases the overall flavour and
bind value of emulsified meat products. An oil coating has been added
to prevent dusting.
Provesta® 032 is a low sodium autolysed yeast which increases the overall flavour and bind value of emulsified meat products.
Provesta® 033
is designed to increase the overall flavour and bind value of
emulsified meat products without altering the existing spice profile.
Has a typical final pH of 8.5. An autolysed yeast.
