Quality Management
Our approach is to supply our customers with high quality products in time. To make this possible we follow strict quality controls throughout the whole production process and have a HACCP-system in place.
Facing constantly changing market and customer demands, we understand quality as a dynamic process with continuous improvement.
Our plants are ISO 9001:2000 and most of our products Kosher and Halal certified. On request we provide GMO and allergen statements as well as more specific certificates.
R&D
Questing for new technologies, improved product consistency and continuing research in new product development are critical aspects of Ohly’s R&D staff. A team of qualified and experienced scientists utilises two well equipped pilot plants, one each in the US and Germany, and supporting laboratories on all three sites with advanced analytical instrumentation to provide new directions for the yeast fermentation, yeast processing and finished product composition.
Application
Our application centers in Hamburg and Boyceville are dedicated to venture for new applications and improve the usage of our products and their performance in current applications. We work with our customers in strictest confidentiality to find solutions and develop tailor-made products for their special needs.
