OHLY® KTD is a yeast extract derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae providing meaty and roasted notes. It is a rich source of nitrogenous compound containing palatants like Maillard reaction products, free amino acids and (small) peptides. It is typically added at levels between 0.1 and 0.5%.
