OHLY® KAF H5 is a yeast autolysate from primary cultivated baker’s yeast with a high content of free amino acids. It is suitable for a variety of microbial fermentations using yeast, bacteria or fungi. In addition to providing free amino acids, it is an excellent source of B-vitamins and naturally bound minerals. It is the liquid version of OHLY® KAT, allowing for easier handling in large scale fermentation processes.
