A Torula yeast based flavour ingredient which provides a ham flavour to mild systems and a cured note to poultry and beef systems. Use PROVESTA® 341 to bring out salt and umami taste, as well as spice and seasoning profiles. Usage levels range from 1.0% to 2.0% on an as consumed basis. Use in vegetarian split pea and bean soups, sauces, gravies, marinades, meat snacks, omelettes, vegetarian patties and dips.
