PRODRY® Rice Vinegar Powder is a convenient, dry form of rice vinegar designed to enhance fruity flavours and adds a bright fresh note to your applications such as dry mixes, coatings, glazes, health foods, entrées or seasoning blends. Ideally suited for salt/sodium reduced applications where salt can be replaced by PRODRY® Rice Vinegar Powder.
PRODRY® Rice Vinegar Powder is produced from saccharified rice stock which has been converted to vinegar through the use of modern fermentation methods. These methods ensure that consistent, high quality vinegar is produced.
