Are the jobs advertised all up to date?
All vacancies advertised on our careers portal are vacancies that need to be filled.
Can I submit a speculative application?
Yes, we gladly accept unsolicited applications. Please visit our Careers Centre to send us your CV or resume together with a cover letter and details of your skills and areas of interest.
I cannot find a suitable position at the moment. Can I be notified when new roles become available?
You can create a job alert so that you will receive an email when new jobs come up in your field.
To whom do I address my application?
All applications should be submitted via our careers portal but you can find the name of the hiring manager or recruiter in the box on the right hand side of the job details page.
How do we use your data?
The protection of your personal data during the application process is important to us. We guarantee that the collection, processing and use of your data will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information you supply when you complete an application form will be held and used by Ohly GmbH or Ohly Americas (depending on the job/country you are applying for) for the purpose of considering your application and your suitability for employment. It will be retained for no longer than necessary for these purposes unless you agree otherwise.

Who has access to my application documents?
Your application documents are included in our central applicant management system. This means that the recruiter and their colleagues from the hiring department can view your application.
How can I withdraw my application?
