X-SEED® Classic Pure is a highly pure yeast extract made by autolysis of primary cultivated baker’s yeast. Due to extensive purification, this yeast extract does not cause any turbidity or precipitation during fermentation and downstream processing. It also contains very low amounts of vegetative microbes, spores and endotoxins.
