OHLY® FLAV-R-TIDE LS is a unique new product type derived from baker's yeast. It contains a high content of yeast peptides creating new flavour impressions, bringing out creamy and herb notes. Use OHLY® FLAV-R-TIDE LS to balance undesired flavour notes to a more pleasant overall taste sensation. Typical application areas are soups, sauces, ready-to-serve dishes, flavours and seasoning compounds. Usage levels range from 0.5 % to 5.0 % on an as consumed basis, up to 20.0 % in seasoning blends.
